Ministry can be very isolating. Supervision is a collaborative partnership designed to help you reflect on, enhance and support your professional work.

The purpose of Supervision is to hold your work in a space where God can give insight, wisdom, strength and direction.

It is also a space to discover ways of understanding yourself, your work and discover new possibilities and expand your approaches.

Professional Supervision benefits everyone.

Before beginning supervision, talk to your employer, denomination, or organisation about their financial provision for your professional supervision.
