    Mychel is a Professional Supervisor, Pastor and Ordained Minister. Mychel has been involved in pastoral ministry for over 25 years and has worked as Professional Supervisor for 3.5 years.

Her postgraduate study is in the fields of Professional Supervision, Pastoral Theology and Counselling. She is currently furthering her expertise in Professional Supervision by studying for a Masters in Professional Supervision (ACOM) with a specialty in Counselling.

Mychel has focused her professional development on all aspects of professional supervision, grief, trauma, child safety and creating child-safe organisations.

Her ministry focus has been teaching, preaching, youth and children’s ministry, missions, pastoral care and small-group discipleship across age groups. She has been a minister in the Church of the Nazarene & the Wesleyan Methodist Church and grew up attending the Church of Christ.

She has a background in nursing, telephone counselling and small business ownership/management and is the mother of four grown children and the grandmother to two grand children.
